Situated by the main square and on top of the sand dune, long red stairs lead up to Cafe del Mar which has a great vibe and nice views of the Main Square and Ponta's Bay. Sit back on the main deck, enjoy some delicious seafood food or a beer at the bar which also has dstv. Cafe del Mar also specializes in pancakes offering a seperate pancake menu for those who love them.

Bar Babalaza
A reasonably priced seafood restaurant (no vegetarian dishes available) which overlooks the local football pitch. There is a DSTV facility and is open most of the day (Breakfast, lunch and dinner). Enjoy the locals playing soccer games while you get the chance to sip on some of the local ice cold beers!

Pinto's Place.
If you and your friends are keen to for all nite funky house music, lots of RnR's (Rum and Rasberry - A local favourite) ... then head off to Pinto's Place. Spend the nite dancing away or playing pool - your choice!

Florestinha do Indico
Florentinha's is between the main square and the beach. Enjoy some drinks and great food (Recommend the Half chicken, prawns & chips) with the family of friends later on in the evening you can Join the locals mixing the dance beats up in the After Hours disco club which has just recently been built. Great music which goes on until the sun comes up.
